My Mission

My mission is to serve plain and simple.  Nothing complicated about it.  It's both selfless and selfish at the same time.  I won't lie and tell you I was born with a saint-like spirit and do everything for everyone but myself.  I serve because it feels good to me, both mentally and spiritually.  Oh, and I also serve as I enjoy helping other humans because I believe we are all connected on some level.

I also have a passion for health and wellness, from a physically level to a mental and spiritual level.  I'm grounded in my health, wealth, and faith.  This foundation is where I'm able to assist and provide service to those who need and/or want my help.  I always try to lead by example when it comes to health and wellness.  You'll regularly find me doing some sort of physical activity like biking, golfing, weight lifting, walking, swimming, and even occasionally dancing!  

If you know me, you also know that I like to eat (mostly) healthy foods with an occasional cheat meal:).  I've found that when I'm exercising and eating healthy foods regularly, along with consistent meditation, that I feel the most vibrant, positive, and expansive.

I want to inspire others to be the best versions of themselves through health and wellness.  For me, part of leading others to a healthier life, is advocating for them when it comes to their health insurance needs.
